Happiness is our Goal!
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your package in its original, unused, and uncut condition within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund, account credit, or exchange. Return shipping costs will be at your expense, and we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information.
When your order arrives, please look at your item(s) to verify you've received your complete order and that your items are undamaged. Kits are folded and can be nested - please unfold the fabric and remove each piece to ensure that you have everything listed on the pattern/package. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please contact our customer service department within 30 days from the delivery date at customerservice@onthebiasdesigns.com.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Include your packing slip (or a copy) with the order number.

Circle the item(s) you are returning.

Once our warehouse has received your return items we will refund as follows:

Credit card or paypal - your account will be credited approximately 2 weeks after we receive your package.

Check or money order - refunds over $20.00 will be issued a refund check. Refunds equalling less than $20.00 will receive a store credit.
Returns made after 30 days are only eligible for store credit.
Please note, the retail value of free item(s) will be deducted from your refund if not returned with the qualifying item(s).
