When will be order be ready for pickup?

• Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be ready within 24 hours for pickup. 

• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be ready for pickup on the following Tuesday.

How will I know my order is ready for pickup?​

You will receive and email with your order number informing you that it is ready for pickup.  Please do not come into the store before receiving this email.   

 

What if I need my order sooner than 24 hours?

What if I have questions about my order?

What if I change my mind and want you to ship my order?

You will be sent an invoice for the applicable shipping fees.  Once paid, we will ship your order and provide you tracking information via email.

What happens if I don't pickup my order?

We will send you (3) notifications that your order is ready for pickup.  If your order is not picked up in 30 days, we will refund your order, less a 15% restocking fee.
